Doug and Lois Fearing were married in 1976. They co-founded Fearing’s Satellite & Sound in 1997.
Doug serves as the company’s President and has over 30 years experience in the electronics industry beginning his career as a TV technician for BJ’s TV & Appliance in 1976. In addition, Doug has 20 years of business management experience working his way up at BJ’s from TV technician to Electronics Department Manager before starting Fearing’s.
Lois serves as the company’s CFO. Lois has managed the company’s finances since the company’s inception. |
Mark Considine has been a part of the Fearing’s team since October of 2001. Prior to Fearing’s, Mark worked for Rhyme for 14 years as the Sales Manager.
As the Vice President of Sales for Fearing’s, Mark works with a talented team of account managers and design engineers.
If your hobbies include golfing, curling or youth basketball, you may have seen Mark outside of work. He also enjoys his family, faith and some gardening |

Jason Youra joined the Fearing’s Team in May of 2005 as the Operations Coordinator.
Prior to Fearing’s, Jason spent over 10 years in retail and operational management.
Currently Jason serves as the Vice President of Operations, working with a dedicated team that includes the Service Manager, Project Managers and Installation/Service Technicians. |
