With over 15 years of Audio, Video, and Security industry experience, Chris has excelled at building strong client relationships since joining Fearing’s in 2004. Chris has been involved in many exciting projects over the years including projects for Spectrum Brands, Marcus Theatres, and the City of Madison Central Public Library. A Madison College graduate in Business Management, Chris enjoys golfing and camping during the summer with his family and coaches youth football, baseball, and wrestling.

Josh has over 15 years experience beginning with his Voice, Data Video Apprenticeship program at MATC. After joining Fearing’s in 2013, he quickly switched roles from Technician/Foreman to Systems Sales Engineer. He recently attained his BA in Business Management through Cardinal Stritch University, all while raising his three children with the help of his wife. In his free time Josh coaches soccer, basketball, and football.

Ehren’s experience in the AV industry began over 23 years ago after he built his own custom speaker and bought his first mixing board and microphone. He graduated from MMI with a 4.0 GPA and a degree in Recording Technology, and worked for several AV companies. Before joining Fearing’s 6 ½ years ago, Ehren helped one previous employer build a million dollar recording and production company and in 2000 he bought out a different one to start his own, Absolute Audio LLC, which he still owns today. Ehren also has attained multiple certifications including CTS-D, DMC-D, EAVA and more. He enjoys family time with his four kids and dog, movies, camping, boating, motorcycling, and playing music.

Ben began his electronics career more than 17 years ago, selling and installing car audio and security systems. His talent evolved into installing high-end residential AV, and eventually into commercial. Ben has always assumed a leadership position as lead technician, Project Foreman, and now Project Manager. Some of the efforts Ben has led include AV projects for Marcus Theaters, Alliant Energy Center, Edgewater Hotel, and the Dane County Courthouse. He has certifications which include MECP, CEDIA, and Crestron. When not at work, Ben likes spending time with his family.

Closing in on his first year with Fearing’s. Bradley has over 20 years of Customer Service, & Management experience. Bradley has been building solid customer relationships by giving the Fearing’s Customers First Class Service, by meeting their needs & giving them a positive experience. Bradley enjoys meeting with Customers face to face, following up and making sure the service team is exceeding expectations. Bradley enjoys spending his spare time with family & friends. He enjoys the outdoors and all the great things there are to do in the great state of Wisconsin.

With 23 years of experience building solid customer relationships and helping companies apply cutting edge technology, Steve has received a number of certifications in his fields of expertise. Since joining Fearing’s in 2013, Steve has obtained his Polycom Sales Certification and will soon finish his AV Technologist Certification. A UW-Green Bay alum of Musical Theatre, Steve enjoys spending his spare time with his three children or on the golf course whenever possible.

Dave has been in the low voltage industry since 1993 starting with CATV, building head ends for cable companies and running cables to the communities. This paved the way for his skill set to grow with Data/Voice, AV, Access Control, Intrusions Systems and CCTV. His knowledge expanded into Fire Alarm, Nurse Call Systems and more after joining Fearings as a Lead Technician in 2010. He took his position as Project Manager at the end of 2013.

Nathan has been in the security/fire alarm industry since 1996. He began as a technician, and has worked his way up to Design Engineer over the course of his 17 years of experience. Nate is currently working toward a Bicsi Electronic Safety and Security Designer certification. He has been married since 1997 and he and his wife are raising their four children together in his hometown of Portage, WI.

With over 35 years of experience, Donna brings her vast knowledge of the Service Industry to Fearing’s. Over the years she has worked as an Account Manager, Sales Assistant, Service Coordinator and CEO. Donna joined our team in 2011 and prides herself on being dedicated and professional in everything she does, and she always has a warm smile ready for anyone coming through our doors. Donna has a wide variety of interests when not in the office, including square dancing and sewing.

Jamie is the oldest daughter of Co-Founders Doug and Lois Fearing. She graduated from Portage High School in 1999 and attended UW Whitewater for several semesters before taking a position at Associated Milk Producers Inc in her hometown. She spent the next 10 years gaining valuable work experience and ethic at AMPI until finally joining the family business in February of 2011. Jamie has since assumed the role as Purchasing Manager and monitors the company warehouse, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality of products possible. When not at work she enjoys the time spent with her family, and loves to visit her sister and nephew out of state whenever possible.

Mark brings a wealth of experience to Fearing’s. He has managed 7,000+ voice, data, and video projects with over 30 years in the business technology field. Mark has managed branch, district, and regional offices of fortune 500 telecommunications company as well as being the founder and president of a successful systems integration company for 19 years (still in operations today). He holds BICSI’s prestigious RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Design) credential and numerous manufacturer certifications. Mark enjoys his time with family and is actively involved with various human concern and outreach ministries.

Lois is a graduate of Madison College with a degree in Medical Stenography. Upon graduation in 1976 Lois became employed at the Reedsburg Area Medical Center where she had interned throughout school. Doug and Lois were married in October of 1976 after they both graduated. After moving to Portage, Lois was employed at BJ’s TV and Appliance in Administration and then at Penda Corporation as an Administrative Secretary. In 1997 Lois joined her husband Doug in establishing Fearing’s Satellite and Sound, Inc where Lois serves as the company’s CFO. In 1988/89 Lois served as the chapter president of the Portage Jaycees, a volunteer community service organization. At the National Convention in 1989 Lois was recognized as one of the most outstanding chapter presidents in the nation.

Doug is a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology. Upon graduation from DeVry in 1976 Doug entered the family business, Fearing’s TV & Appliance in Reedsburg Wisconsin, as a TV technician. Fearing’s TV and Appliance was founded by Doug’s grandfather Claude Fearing in 1953. In 1977 Doug became employed at BJ’s TV & Appliance in Portage, a newer start up company, and quickly moved from the service department into management and helped build BJ’s into a multi-million dollar company. While managing the electronics division at BJ’s, Doug developed the satellite and commercial sound and surveillance business within BJ’s. In 1997 Doug, in partnership with wife Lois, formed Fearing’s Satellite and Sound, Inc and purchased the satellite and commercial sound and surveillance business from BJ’s. In 1990/91 Doug served as the State President of the Wisconsin Jaycees, a 10,000 member volunteer community service organization. Doug was recognized as one of the most outstanding state presidents in the nation at the completion of his term in 1991. Doug is currently a member of the Gideon’s International and is active in lay ministry and missions.
