TrainingHave you ever worked with a company and asked questions about a product they carry and you quickly realize they have no familiarity with the product and you would be better off just doing your own research?

At Fearing’s, we are grateful to work with vendors who are in line with our goals of ensuring everyone who works with customers has been properly trained. Of course, the more products and services a company offers, and the greater their turnover of employees, the harder this can be. We have this incorporated as part of our “process”, as they say, and we are happy to have been invited to a recent exposition to share our knowledge with our clients on a greater scale.

Fearing’s joined Shared Purchasing Solutions (SPS) at their IMAGE 2015 Supplier Expo. This expo focused on the medical industry and K12 education and was held at Chula Vista Resort on Nov. 4th & 5th. We were able to spend time with SPS/Amerinet members and staff. Fearing’s AVS was also asked to hold a security presentation for the MEES (Maintenance, Engineering and Environmental Service) meeting during annual IMAGE conference, in which Steve Van Dyke, Chris Matson & Bradley Lehman represented Fearing’s with Steve & Chris speaking about the security industry. It is an honor when these opportunities come up as it demonstrates the confidence they have in our team. While we are always proud of our employees, it is a bonus when we hear this outside of our company as well.

Fearing’s was also asked to present to potential customers and staff of SPS at their corporate office in La Crosse, WI. Fearing’s educated the attendees on BluePoint Alert which is a unique security system that could be used in most industries, including the medical and education fields, which are the main industries that SPS works with. We also provided education on Avigilon, a leading video security solution organization, as well as Cambridge Sound Masking.  Fearing’s AVS was represented at this presentation by Steve Van Dyke and Bradley Lehman.

We are continuing to seek opportunities to partner with our clients and suppliers to provide the best solutions possible for our clients. After all, we know how quickly technology changes and how important it is for people to trust in the information they are getting.
