Preferred Partnership Program

Fearing’s Preferred Partnership Program (PPP) is our customized version of managed services.  Our customer who has a need will ask: “What should I do?”  Fearings will assess the need and then design a quality solution to fill that need.  Approval of the project will include the statement: “Help me do it”.  Often after completion of the project support will be provided on an “as needed” basis.

For the customer looking for a higher of level of service they will say: “Manage It For Me”.  That is when Preferred Partnership begins. Fearing’s will add another level of customer service by providing the client with a Customer Service Representative (CSR) that will provide an enhanced level of communication and service and oversee the administration of our preventative maintenance programs included in the PPP. The PPP improves reliability and minimizes downtime on the equipment under the program.  The customer will also benefit from an increased level of communication provided by the CSR improving their comfort level with the status of systems under the PPP.
